常见问题
开始一轮时要完整相册权限
相册清理按「还没审过」来挑选，需要能看到整个图库。如果只开了有限访问，请到系统设置 → 相册清理 → 照片，改为「全部照片」。
为什么有些照片再也出不来
你审过（保留或删除）的项目会记在本机，之后的轮次会跳过。可以到「统计」里重置已审记录，再重新审。重置不会改历史场次，也不会动已经删掉的照片。
删除之后还能找回吗
确认删除后，项目会进入系统「最近删除」，并可能随 iCloud 照片同步到其他设备。大约 30 天内可在「照片」App 里恢复，以系统为准。本 App 没有单独的回收站。
提示正在从 iCloud 下载
这张照片或这段视频还在 iCloud 上，预览前系统会先下载到本机。在蜂窝网络下，较大的视频可能会先提醒你。下载的是 Apple 的 iCloud 照片，不会传到我们的服务器。
收藏的照片没有出现
默认会跳过已收藏的项目。如果也想审它们，打开首页的「包含收藏」。
一轮为什么只有 15 个
每轮最多审 15 个，避免一次删太多。审完可以再开一轮。照片是左滑删除、右滑保留；视频是全屏预览后再决定。
统计里的「腾出空间」怎么算
只有系统删除成功的项目才会计入。你在确认页取消，或关掉系统删除弹窗，都不会算进去。

Common questions
The app asks for full Photo Library access
Tidy picks items you have not reviewed yet, so it needs the whole library. If you only granted Limited Access, go to Settings → Tidy → Photos and choose All Photos.
Some items never appear again
Reviewed items (kept or deleted) are remembered on this device and skipped later. Reset reviewed records in Stats to start over. Reset does not change session history or already-deleted photos.
Can I restore a deletion?
After you confirm, items go to the system Recently Deleted album and may sync through iCloud Photos. You can usually restore them in the Photos app for about 30 days. Tidy does not keep a separate trash.
It says it is downloading from iCloud
The photo or video still lives in iCloud Photos, so the system downloads it for preview. Large videos on cellular may ask first. The download is Apple’s iCloud Photos, not an upload to our servers.
Favorites are missing
Favorites are skipped by default. Turn on “Include favorites” on the home screen if you want to review them.
Why only 15 items per session?
Each session reviews at most 15 items so you do not delete too much at once. Start another session when you are done. Photos: swipe left to delete, right to keep. Videos: preview full screen, then decide.
How is “space freed” calculated?
Only items the system actually deletes are counted. Canceling on the confirm screen, or dismissing the system delete prompt, does not add to the total.
